Terms of Service for SolScanner

By accessing or using the SolScanner Chrome extension ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including both free and premium subscribers.

2. Description of Service

SolScanner is a browser extension that provides analysis of Solana-based tokens. The Service offers both free and premium features, which may include but are not limited to token contract analysis, market data, liquidity pool information, and risk assessment tools. Features and pricing are subject to change at our discretion.

3. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for any actions taken while using the extension. The Service is a read-only tool and does not require you to connect your wallet or provide private keys. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions.

4. Premium Subscription

A paid subscription is required to access premium features. Payments are processed through our third-party payment provider, Gumroad. By subscribing, you agree to their terms and conditions. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis as specified at the time of purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but refunds will not be provided for partial subscription periods.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the information provided is accurate, complete, or reliable. SolScanner is an informational tool, not financial advice. All trading and investment activities involve risk, and you should conduct your own research before making any financial decisions.

In no event shall SolScanner or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.
